Variable Printing

Variable printing is the process of imprinting answer sheets or surveys with respondent identifiers that can be read by both a scanner and person. By imprinting your scannable forms with the necessary identifiers, the data collection process accuracy approaches 100%. In addition, time is saved by eliminating the process of manually bubbling ID fields and fixing incorrectly bubbled IDs. At Apperson, we use high-speed digital printers to imprint several million answer sheets and surveys each year. We imprint employee/customer ID numbers, store or location codes, scrambled IDs, names, and more. We usually complete pre-printing within 10 working days of receiving your data file.
