Reporting of Work in Progress

Apperson has an elite team of onsite developers that are able to create custom applications to help in managing survey programs. Several reports can be developed to deliver the specific data requirements needed to track and verify your survey project.

Typical custom reports we offer are:

• Received Report - Shows when the completed surveys were received by Apperson from the respondent and when the data was transmitted back to the Customer.
• Discrepancy Report - Shows any discrepancies from the number of surveys sent to a location and the number received.
• Daily Receipt – Breakdown showing the number received by respondent or location, when data was transmitted, number of records scanned and any exceptions.
• Tracking Report - Allows you to select a location and see all items that were shipped; along with tracking numbers and links to the appropriate site to get additional information when the package is in transit and delivered. Each record is updated daily until the ‘proof of delivery’ information has been appended.
